Let's Build a Haunted House

We know Halloween is one of your favorite seasons, so we had some fun using pieces from the Stone Cottage to create a Haunted House.

 Blocks Needed

2 – 4x1 Pillars (Stone, Brick or Plain all work well!)

1 – 4x2 Door – any style works!

2 - 2x2 windows – any style (the wider windows from the Stone Cottage worked well here)

1 – 2x1 Spiderweb

1 – 2x1 Pillar (Stone, Brick or Plain all work well!)

1 – 6x1 flat OR 1 4x1 flat and 1 2x1 flat

2 - 2x2 Roof Slants (plain or printed)

1 – 2x1 Triangles (plain or printed)

1.     Place the 2x1 Pillar and spider web block. Add the Door next to it.

2.     Add the 2x2 window and then place 4x1 Pillars to each side for stability.

3.     Place the 6x1 flat (or the 4x1+2x1 flats) across the top to stabilize the house.

4.     Add the 2x2 window, and roof slants. Place the 2x1 roof triangles on top.

5.     Decorate with your favorite seasonal pieces! We chose a spooky fence, trees and some trick-or-treaters.

Can you see our little guy peeking through the window? We just propped him up on a little block so he could have some Halloween fun!
